Hi everyone,
Since this warmer weather has got very warm my pain levels and everything else has been worse. Hopefully it is just a flare up, but some of it is burning from breezes off fans etc.
It sucks when you get too hot you sweat heaps and not feel well and try and cool down and you get more pain! I hope this is not going to be what summer is going to be like from now on!
There is nothing more depressing then being stuck in bed or inside whilst there is beautiful sunshine outside!
My thoughts go out to all those who are unable to get outside and are mostly bedridden.
love & light

Hugs. I found that when the weather got above 82-85 I would experience a bad time with flare, overheating and cold from the a/c.
Now we are stepping into Fall and I have had more days in bed than I did during the summer. I seem to only be able to handle about 72-82 degrees. Lame.
Oh, and I love silver
I found some cute horses and I need to go get some wood and get started
Lots of hugs. One day I would really like to visit AU and meet you
Hi Christine,
Your so sweet! Yep weather sux at different times during different seasons sometimes! We had a large storm the other day that caused me a great deal of pain whilst it was brewing. Once the clouds started to build up I was able to move my joints again! Weird hey! I wonder if anyone else experiences that before a storm?
Humidity and me don’t mix either!
If you ever come over to AU plan to come for a while because there is so much to see and do and you will need lots of rest in between! There are things I wish I could get out there and do and see but I don’t have the money to do it! Like travelling on the Ghan. Google it and you will find out what the Ghan in LOL.
Take care

My boyfriend, Jim has RSD/CRPS. He has increased pain and disability before rain or snow storms. His RSD seems to be weather related as well. Very hot and very cold make it worse. As does humidity. My son swims on the high school team. When we went to watch him, Jim’s RSD flared up in the swimming pool bleachers viewing area, because it was so hot and humid in there. Now Jim misses out on the swim meets, because he can not take the heat and humidity. One more strike of pain and missing out on some of life, for RSD/CRPS sufferers.
